Refund Policy

At ShortKut Universal, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging/box

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, missing parts, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

RETURN APPROVAL PROCESS

To request a return, please contact us by email with your order information and reason for the return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email for the item to be shipped back to us.

Please do not send items back without return approval.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items may not qualify for returns:

  • Used products

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
